Honestly this is the best thing to have ever happened to my body, my stomach and my digestion system. If you ever discontinue these I will be absolutely lost! No bloating or tummy issues ever. And I was always the constipated girl with gluten intolerance, severe gut wind build up and pain. Love these so much.
