Loyalty Program Q&A

1. Do I still have any points?

Yes! If you’ve previously made a purchase as a loyalty member, your points are still active until 30 November 2025. You can check your current balance by logging into your account.

2. How can I use my points?

You can redeem your points in the HOW TO USE YOUR POINTS section (above) for a discount code.

Simply log in, go to your Rewards account, and select Redeem Points to generate a discount code. Apply this code at checkout to enjoy your savings.

3. Can I still use my redeemed discount code after 30 November 2025?

Yes! Once you redeem your points for a discount code, that code will remain valid for 12 months from the redemption date — even after 30 November 2025.

4. What happens to my points after 30 November 2025?

All unredeemed points will expire on 30 November 2025 and won’t transfer to our new program. Be sure to redeem your points before then to make the most of them.

5. Why is the program changing?

We’re getting ready to launch a new and improved rewards experience in 2026 that’s designed to give you even better benefits — more flexibility, more perks, and more fun!

6. Will I need to sign up again for the new rewards program?

Once the new program launches, we’ll share details on how to join. We’ll notify all members via email once it’s live.

7. Can I use my redeemed discount codes on my next order?

Yes, you can use your redeemed discount codes on eligible items before 30 November 2025 — so it’s the perfect time to shop and save.
