I did not like the taste added to fruit juice or water, but added a spoonful to my muesli every morning. Apart from the green look - the vitality green complements my breakfast so much that I can't eat it without the amazing taste of adding a spoonful. It is so delicious - and it makes me feel more energized every day. My blood tests from the doctor were down last year - but since being on the vitality greens every day for the last 12 months - I feel great with a slight improvement for my yearly blood tests.
