I think it does promote a testosterone boost combined with training. The taste is pleasant, and mixed with a small glass of water has no side effects. You could even take half the recommended dose, of you're a smaller build. The key is consistency, just like your training. Libido is increased, as you feel stronger all round, with more incentive.
I like that it's a natural product, and Australian made. I would recommend.
