There is no reference to sugar in the ingredients on the label, or to any other sweetener. I was hoping to use this during a fast, but on tasting the lemon flavouring, I’m pretty sure I could taste sugar. That would take me out of ketosis, and make it unsuitable to support fasting. I’ll be happy to be convinced otherwise if this is not the case.
